Develops implementation plans and schedules and coordinates training activities with internal project counterparts. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced educators regarding training and technical problems. Completes work orders and obtains customer sign-off on all training activities and uploads copies for archival and project tracking purposes. Reviews progress and evaluates results; makes recommended changes in procedures.Education : Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience: 8+ years related experience in healthcare industry. Experience with EHR, TMM software and Intergy EHR software preferred. Skills & Certifications: Requires excellent listening, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of medical charting and office workflow desired. Proficiency with MS Office and Windows. Strong problem solving skills.
